The emergence of the coronavirus changed our lives as it necessitated mitigation efforts to curtail the virus. Part of these mitigation efforts that was used to curtail the virus in 2020 was the lockdown effort. Schools workplace sports, and many other activities were stopped by the virus I know many of us have been at home for a long time now and we already itching to get back to normal activities. Especially with the rollout of different vaccines across different countries of the world, one would hope that normalcy returns as soon as possible. And so on today's show, we would be discussing some of these hobbies you could engage.
Here they are
The first on the show is the...
Drone Racing (FPV UAV racing)
Another name for a drone is the unmanned aerial vehicle, they were initially built and used by the military but in recent years it has been adopted for civilian use. Currently, drones are now purchased by civilians who use them for recreational purposes. FPV means first person view. The drone is controlled with a remote (You are the FPV). Drone racing is one hobby you could get yourself into during your recreational periods as it is cool, fun, and stress-free. This sports has some rules guiding it.
Geocaching
This is a GPS-powered hide-and-seek adventure that would ensure you get the best of time when you participate in it. It is more of a hunt for hidden treasure. This treasure could be located anywhere in the world, so traveling is Geocaching's first shot at having fun. Once you locate the cache, you retrieve or store a treasure or leave it the way you find it. You then sign off to show you were at that location.
Geocaching is a great way to meet new people. There is absolutely no obligation to interact, though, so it works for both extroverts and introverts.
