When your competitors’ products or services are attractive and yours look a little old hat, that just a big “DUH” way to attract a customer; irrespective of their gender.
In business, evolution (updating your products or services) is the key to longevity. So, to drive out the wrong customers, you need to phase out the duh way you have been using (outdated products) and introduce new ones. However, before introducing a new product/service, make a thorough market research.
2. Prices - Too High, Too Low
Did you know that when your prices are too high, you can attract the wrong customers? This is simply because when your potential customers perceive that your prices are too high, it could drive them away. Also, when you give the prices out at a lower cost, it can create the impression of “low quality” to your customers because most customers are not after the cheapest option.

As a business owner, it is expected of you to understand your customers and not just you alone – your employees must put that into practice as well. Both you and your employees must provide the levels of service expected not just to attract customers but also keep them. So, brush up your customer service skills, meet your customers' needs, find ways to engage them into your services, create stronger relationships with them and handle their complaint.
