Chocolate Meditation
What can’t chocolate do? Mediating with chocolate really is quite simple. You’ll start by relaxing with a small piece of chocolate. Take some time to smell it and admire it. Give it a little bite. Think about the flavor and sensation that comes along with eating this magical confection. After you refocus on the present, don’t forget to reflect back on that feeling throughout the rest of your day. You’ll feel much more at peace with your present being.

Take the time to rest both your mind and your body. Bathing mediation will require you to take at least 15 minutes to yourself. Lavender and peppermint work great for calming the mind and the muscles.
